Roc Nation LLC, the sports agency firm led by entrepreneur and rap icon Jay Z, has agreed to terms with New York Yankees ace C.C. Sabathia to represent him on and off the field.

The agency's official twitter feed broke the news by releasing a picture of Sabathia signing with the firm at 7:55pm EST last night:

Sabathia, 33, is currently under contract with the New York Yankees for the next three seasons, which comes with a guaranteed $76 MM plus bonus' and incentives should he reach them. When contract talks come up with C.C. Sabathia following the 2016 season, Jay Z and Juan Perez plan on negotiating his next deal, signaling the end of Sabathia's partnership with Legacy Sports Group - the agency he's been with his entire career.

Under Legacy Sports Group, Sabathia has had endorsement deals with some of the largest companies in the world including the Jordan Brand, Pepsi, and Subway.
