He hold's the ESPN not top ten record for his Thanksgiving butt fumble v. the Patriots, he currently sports the same hair style as Diego Forlan, At 6'2" 225lbs and 26 years old he makes an annual salary of $3.25 Million Dollars, he is one of the few QB's in history to throw more interceptions that he does touchdowns... he is - the most interesting Quarterback in the world...

According to Rich Cimini of ESPN New York, the New York Jets annual green and white scrimmage game in Cortland N.Y. went far from swimmingly for Sanchez to say the least. With the usual 6,000 fans in attendance, Cimini said that at times SUNY Cortland looked and sounded like typical Jets game at MetLife Stadium... and not in a good way.



Mark Sanchez combined 6 for 11, 93 yards, and of course stumbled and fell on his butt while dropping back in the pocket which resulted in a sack that reminisced of his infamous butt fumble. 

Sanchez also threw a 'rare' interception -- ( see what I did there),  and heard a tremendous amount of boo's from those in attendance in SUNY Cortland.

Geno Smith on the other hand was stellar and continued to impress Rex Ryan and co. Smith compete nine of 16 passes for a total 77 yards while committing 0... yes ZERO turnovers. The only flaw in the Green and White Scrimmage for Geno Smith was leading the offense to just 3 points.

It'll be very alluring to see what happens with the two QB's going forward. "This is the beginning stages, if you will, of the competition.  It'll be interesting when we go to Detroit." Said Rex Ryan when asked about the starting QB competition.

For the sake of Jet fans, I hope Geno Smith continues to impress and the short Mark Sanchez chapter finally comes to an end.
